Pastor Emma White serves in the Pastoral Office of Gospel Lighthouse Word Ministries under the direction and leadership of her husband, Apostle Reginald J. White. She has labored faithfully beside him since the inception of the ministry in 1988 and serves as an invaluable intercessor and ministry worker.

God has given Pastor Emma a special anointing to care for women in particular. Her efforts in the GLH Women's Ministry and Annual Women’s Conference have helped women from all across the United States grow in the things of God. The Lord has also used Pastor Emma to birth "Lessons of Life Training" for women which consist of bi-monthly sessions designed to help women of at all stages of life. Furthermore, because she is a woman of prayer who understands the importance of being in the presence of God, Pastor Emma has established an annual Women's Prayer Retreat as a time for women to get away from everyday life and seek the Lord.

In addition to her God-give anointing to teach the Word, Pastor Emma is also highly skilled in the areas of administration and finance. While serving as the Ministry Administrator in Sanford, North Carolina, her expertise has propelled the ministry forward into a standard of excellence that can serve as a model for other growing ministries.

Pastor Emma is the mother of three children: Regina, Jay and Jeremy.
